We use quality replacement parts from established Australian suppliers and confirm compatibility before ordering. Eligible repair parts and workmanship carry a 12-month warranty. Complex motherboard faults are handled with trusted specialist partners, so you still deal with one local team.

Bring your computer to Shop 11/102 Wises Rd, Maroochydore QLD 4558. Customers visit from Buderim, Mooloolaba, Kawana, Sippy Downs, Nambour and across the Sunshine Coast. For a desktop PC, you only need to bring the tower unless the fault involves the screen or accessories.

Yes. We diagnose and repair Windows desktop PCs and laptops, including startup faults, slow performance, storage problems and malware.
How much does a computer repair cost?+
It depends on the fault. We diagnose the computer first and confirm the price before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Can you remove viruses and malware?+
Yes. We remove malware, check your security settings and update the system. If the infection is severe, we may recommend backing up your files and reinstalling Windows.
Will I lose my files?+
Most repairs do not affect your files, but we always recommend a backup where possible. If the computer will not start, we can assess whether the files can be copied off. Recovery depends on the condition of the drive and is not guaranteed.
Is my old computer worth repairing?+
Often an SSD upgrade or a single part brings an older computer back to life for much less than a new one. If the repair would cost close to its value, we will tell you honestly.
Can you set up a new computer and move my data?+
Yes. We set up new computers, install updates and transfer your files, photos and email from your old machine.
